WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Since everything is made to order all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
WHAT ARE THESE MADE FROM?
All items are hand sculpted with Polymer Clay and sealed with epoxy resin for maximum durability.
HOW DURABLE ARE THESE?
All items are reinforced with multiple layers of UV resin typically double, and sometimes even triple coated creating a rock-solid, scratch-resistant finish. Each hook, pin, or magnet is securely moulded into the piece and further strengthened with superglue. Additionally, every hook is individually drilled, screwed into place, and sealed with a final UV resin cure for maximum durability.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on your location. I am one woman business, and everything is made to order.
Please expect 1-2 weeks for your order to ship after placing an order.
For UK orders 3-5 estimated business days for delivery after tracking received.
For EU orders 3-7 days estimated business days for delivery after tracking received.
For US/AU/ASIA orders please allow up to 1-2 business weeks for your order to reach you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
For UK orders shipping is £3.
For EU orders shipping is £8 (9€) tracked.
For US/AU/ASIA orders shipping is £12 (17$) tracked
OR £5/7$ UNTRACKED.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS GETS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond my control. If you experience any delays, please review your tracking details first and then get in touch with your local postal service for further support.
