ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hi, my name is Vanesa a UK based artist, and I create wearable art using polymer clay. I have always been inspired by food, and I love transforming everyday dishes into miniature pieces that people can wear and enjoy in a new way.

I carefully craft foods that resonate with people from all cultures and backgrounds. No matter where you are from, I believe there’s always at least one dish we can all connect over.

I have never been a picky eater. I love trying new foods because you never know what you are missing out on until you do. That curiosity and passion for food inspires my work, allowing me to turn my favourite meals into tiny, wearable forms that I, and now you can carry everywhere.

Growing up in an immigrant household, pursuing art as a career was not always seen as a “real” path. Owning my own business and sharing my work with others is my way of challenging that mindset and breaking generational expectations.

BEHIND THE NAME OF THE BRAND

For about a year, I was previously known as BlossomBlossom.co, inspired by my favourite quote: “Until our next blossom, my dandelion.” That changed on the 25th of February, 2026, when my childhood soul dog of 16 years passed away.

It was the most heart breaking experience I’ve ever been through, and I knew I wanted to honour her in a way that truly reflected how much she meant to me. She was such a huge part of my life no one knew me without knowing her too.

So I decided to rebrand in her honour. The name 'threeblackdots' comes from her nickname a small but deeply personal reminder that she’ll always be part of everything I create.

Behind the business is a one-woman powerhouse. I do everything myself from sculpting, painting, glazing, and assembling each handmade piece, to editing, photographing, and creating content to share my work.

I also manage the behind the scenes side of the business, including website design, driving traffic, and providing customer service. Every part of this brand is built with care, creativity, and passion.
